Around the World

Nothing is more on my mind today than the horrible terrorist attacks in Brussels.  It is incomprehensible to think what has happened to the world over a very short period of time.  The people who are perpetrating such carnage have lost any sense of sanity and one wonders how far all this can go.  I extend my most sincere condolences to the families of those murdered and their friends.  It is Istanbul, Ankara, Paris, Washington, DC and so many places now - including airplanes on their way to destinations - that the mind cannot keep organized track.  Is that good or bad - I don't know.  It is such a mind-boggling crisis and it is difficult to even wrap your head around.

I am thinking today of all the people who have been impacted by these various attacks over the months and years.  How does one ever lay to rest such utterly unforgivable devastation? I can only shake my head today - I can only say never again - as we have said in renewed ways after each such event.
